{"id":27721,"date":"2020-03-26T10:55:00","date_gmt":"2020-03-26T09:55:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/linandelle.com\/fr\/?p=27721"},"modified":"2025-03-24T14:00:50","modified_gmt":"2025-03-24T13:00:50","slug":"covid19-et-rse-chez-linandelle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/linandelle.com\/fr\/covid19-et-rse-chez-linandelle\/","title":{"rendered":"Qu&rsquo;es ce que la d\u00e9marche RSE chez Linandelle"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Dans un contexte \u00e9conomique et environnemental contraignant, Linandelle se concentre sur sa d\u00e9marche RSE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Les pr\u00e9occupations auxquelles font face les entrerprises depuis quelques ann\u00e9es nous ont pouss\u00e9 \u00e0 nous concentrer sur le plus important dans notre entreprise&nbsp;: <strong>le bien-\u00eatre de nos salari\u00e9s et la qualit\u00e9 de nos produits.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"la-rse-est-la-responsabilite-sociale-de-l-entreprise\">La RSE est la responsabilit\u00e9 sociale de l\u2019entreprise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle rassemble donc les enjeux sociaux et \u00e9thiques de son activit\u00e9. La d\u00e9marche RSE englobe la qualit\u00e9 globale des fili\u00e8res d\u2019approvisionnement, la sous-traitance, le bien-\u00eatre des salari\u00e9s, l\u2019empreinte \u00e9cologique de l\u2019entreprise, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"linandelle-veille-donc-aux-differents-enjeux-concernant-son-activite-le-rse-est-une-demarche-volontaire-en-accord-avec-les-valeurs-que-l-entreprise-veut-transmettre-linandelle-favorise-l-epanouissement-de-ses-salaries-et-la-production-d-articles-en-adequation-avec-le-contexte-environnemental\">Linandelle veille donc aux diff\u00e9rents enjeux concernant son activit\u00e9. Le RSE est une d\u00e9marche volontaire, en accord avec les valeurs que l\u2019entreprise veut transmettre. <strong>Linandelle favorise l\u2019\u00e9panouissement de ses salari\u00e9s et la production d\u2019articles en ad\u00e9quation avec le contexte environnemental.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Linandelle est donc une marque Fran\u00e7aise depuis pr\u00e8s de 40 ans, fabriquant ses produits en France et au Portugal. Nous sommes titulaires de plusieurs mentions \u00ab&nbsp;OEKO TEX&nbsp;\u00bb, assurant des produits fabriqu\u00e9s dans les r\u00e8gles sanitaires. Les produits fabriqu\u00e9s sont adapt\u00e9s aux demandes de notre client\u00e8le, avec une fabrication en fili\u00e8re courte, sans interm\u00e9diaire. D\u2019autre part, Linandelle a fait le choix de produire assez peu de r\u00e9f\u00e9rences, mais stock\u00e9es en grande quantit\u00e9 \u00e0 Charleval, o\u00f9 tout est exp\u00e9di\u00e9 depuis l\u00e0. Les d\u00e9lais d\u2019exp\u00e9dition sont donc tr\u00e8s courts et l\u2019empreinte carbone diminu\u00e9e.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans notre entreprise \u00e0 taille humaine (moins de 10 personnes), tout le monde est impliqu\u00e9 dans les d\u00e9cisions importantes et strat\u00e9giques, favorisant ainsi le bien \u00eatre des salari\u00e9s. Chaque mois, les usines sont visit\u00e9es, en France et au Portugal, afin de s\u2019assurer que notre charte qualit\u00e9 est respect\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, face au coronavirus, l\u2019entreprise s\u2019est organis\u00e9e de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 minimiser les risques et continuer \u00e0 vous satisfaire&nbsp;: Nous nous sommes concert\u00e9s, et une personne, volontaire, habitant \u00e0 500m du si\u00e8ge, au lieu de 3 \u00e0 4 habituellement s\u2019y rend seule afin d\u2019y pr\u00e9parer vos commandes.
